What is an LPC Associate?

An LPC Associate is a licensed counselor in Texas who practices under the supervision of a board-approved supervisor while completing supervised experience. I am supervised by Jacqueline Hernandez, MA, LPC-S, CISM.


They're structured mental health evaluations that may support certain immigration cases, scheduled separately from ongoing counseling. They don't guarantee any legal outcome. Your immigration attorney can advise on your specific case. including asylum, hardship waivers, VAWA, and U-visas.
